I run a 2004 2520XL and have had problems with the black caulking (?) in the rear pilothouse windows. Anyone sitting in the facing rear seats in the pilothouse gets this black tar-like stuff on their shirts if they make contact with the window – not too difficult when the boat is moving through moderate seas. How do I cover this material or otherwise solve this problem? :?

Same problem here (2120)...on front windows too.
I've been using a plastic scraper to 'dig' out the caulking back into the frame, then clean up with plenty of solvent.

I have the same problem on my 1990 2520! I am going to take the windows apart and remove all of the old black sealer and replace with black hi-temp silicon.
