Cavitation interference sonar

Having interference on Lowrance sonar unit from cavitation bubbles. Can’t move more than 3 or 4 mph without such interference. Never had that problem with prior boats. I have a 2120 with a Yamaha 150 4 stroke.

Thats easy....X-Ducer installed incorrectly. Whats in front of it?

Gonna need a pix.....because I've seen a LOT of BS installed incorrectly.
