Looking at my new 1801 I know I need another cleat slightly ahead of the console and another rod holder is always welcome, have any of you bought or used these?

They are the aft cleats on my 2019 2520XLD from the factory. They work well as a rod holder and ok as a cleat. They aren't tall when used as a cleat so they fill up with lines when holding a fender and a docking line. Like many things with boats, they are a compromise; but, in this case a good one.

I first saw them at the Parker dealer on a 28'CC so should be overly strong for mooring my 18'. I googled and see an "Acorn" brand for a bit over $100 which is acceptable for getting the rod holder and cleat. I have no idea what brand Parker uses.
