I have a 2001 Parker 23 deep V center console boat that I am ready to list for sale. It has a 2008 Suzuki 250 4-stroke with approximately 1,100 hrs. The engine also has a brand new lower unit with approximately 50 hrs on it. Can anyone help with what the fair market value is for this boat. There are so few used boats on the market that it is very difficult to determine what price to list the boat. The engine runs great and the boat is in good condition with normal wear and tear to be expected on a 20 year old boat. Photos are attached.

I'm open to offers as well if anyone is interested in buying it. Boat is located in Jupiter Florida

All boats are selling crazy high right now. Parker 23 DVCC are higher than that.

The good: It's a Parker with a solid motor

The not-so-good: No bracket and no T-top and few electronics.

Selling it today: If you advertise at $35k it will likely be sold in a few days. Maybe $40k and you'll have it sold in a week.

Thank you for your suggestion. That was right in line with what I was thinking. I'm going to list for $39,500 and see what happens.

Reduced price to $35k. If anyone is interested, then make me an offer. The full listing is on boat trader.

I never saw DV with out Bracket are you sure its not SE

Boat has 2 lifting strakes in the lift picture which I have always read on this site means it is a Deep Vee. 1 lifting strake was the Mod V boats from what I have read here.

Even though this thread is now 2.5 years old and the OP has most certainly sold the boat by now, for future readers, this indeed is a DV (deep vee) hull and not the SE (modified vee). The rule holds true ... 2 strakes on the bottom of the hull is a DV. One strake is a SE/MV.

Yes, Parker did make a DV without a bracket. Parker was, at this time of construction, still a semi-custom builder. The buyer could still custom order what they wanted.

Yes, and that forward seating arrangement is a giveaway too.
If they had made a 23 SE with a bracket and those forward seats, I would sell my house to get one. That was a solid price for a boat that old. It allows for a $10k tank replacement, and you could put a T-top on there in the process.

Thank you Karen for resurrecting this old thread to throw cold water on this ad by claiming it's an SE. Probably because you thought someone was currently selling the same boat you're trying to sell.

Easy big guy. It was a learning moment. Some people don't like brackets. Some do.
