Just bought the boat, 89 Parker 2520 MV 2021 Suzuki 300 back in November. Got about 20 hours on it so far. From day one the Lenco tabs are inop. Duh LOL...I didnt notice it on seatrial. Thats one me. I am a contractor to the USCG as an A/C mechanic/A/C electrician (C130/C27/C144) so I kinda know the basics about where to start.
I know I have power to the black box.
I have checked all console connections.
Wiring appears intact.
Tab up/Tab down buttons do not light up.
When I power up(key on) I hear a sound that sounds like the tabs are cycling up or down for about a second and a half. But then nothing.
Ideas? How is Lenco customer service?
