What’s up guys, looking at a 05 2120 Parker pilot house, Yamaha 150 2 stroke About 500 hours, Windless anchor, trim tabs, lowrance gps, Bluetooth radio, decent cushions, dual axle trailer.
The windows seem to have had some leakage as I can see stains on the fabric around them, the gps is certainly older. Other than that she looks great
Is there anything else for me to look hard into? I know she’s underpowered but I really don’t plan on going in the ocean much. Just the South Bay of Long Island. He’s asking 30k which seems about 8kish over what Is fair, but I may be wrong? What do you guys think Is fair?

I had a 150 hpdi (2 stroke) on the south shore of Long Island for many years (2003 2120). I never felt it to be underpowered. It was fine for what I needed it to do running all over the bays.... He is deff a little steep in his price.... how clean is the boat? how is the gel coat.... the little slits under the windows on the outside might be clogged causing leaks inside the frames...... its a great boat for that area.

Well I own it lol

Hi Rcplumbing115, congrats on your new-2-U Parker; she looks great! I've always been amazed how the Parker pilothouse boats (21, 23, 25, 28) look the same; the exact 'proportions'. Without a 'size-reference' it's hard to tell them apart. By the way, the 'stains' that you think may be leakage around the windows, could be just as scallywag05 mentioned, and/or could just be stains/mildew formed from condensation off of the metal from the windows. There are numerous posts here on CP on how to clean the stains. One way to tell if it is mildew/mold is to apply most any mild bleach-based cleaning product (or Woolite/non-bleach, or countless other cleaning products) to see if that clears the 'stain' (along with a little scrubbing)... I'm sure you will enjoy your 2120!

The kids are going to love the cabin. Try to limit the creep of stuff making a permanent home in there.
Congratulations!
