Dom, You have done a beautiful job with her!
Time now to go catch some fishes! 8)

BTW - nice 'swoosh' on your graphic :D

Dom - very nice. Your dash panel looks great. Good use of limited space.

Brad

Thanks guys. Armstrong hatch and deckplates are next. I also still need to add a secondary bilge pump, high water alarm, battery boxes and cut my seat post.

Parker, I had a hard time with that dash. There's very little room to work with. I really wanted 1 big combo unit (Ray C120), but that wouldn't have been possible without moving the compass and filling the hole.

I'm thinking of swapping the Ray DS600X with the new Humminbird 987C though. The 3D bottoms look awesome. I'm waiting for some more people to test them out though. 8)

I was looking at the 981 version though, I only need the side scan sonar.

I meant the 981 too. Looks pretty cool. I just hate transom mount transducers. I wet slip my boat. They get growth on them pretty quick and performance suffers. :(

Dom

Yeah, the transducer has me spooked a little too. Not so much the growth issues ( I wet-slip too and every few weeks I run a scrub brush through the transducer) but the placement. The multi-beam transducer has some funky placment requirements check out the section on mounting the transducer in the 981 and 987 Manual

Yup. Bluefish and bass blood is a pain to clean off. I spent 3 hours cleaning it yesterday before taking these pics. I forgot to take pics of my Poly Planar speakers. Later tonight maybe. Dom

I took some more pics today. I also uploaded all the pics to a different server. 8) I know these are a lot of pics, but usually when I want to buy something, it's hard to get clear pictures. I figure this might help someone out.

That's one expensive looking anchor!

I hate the look of galvanized metal on a boat. Let's just hope I don't lose it to the bottom or it gets stolen.

Dom... Great Job!

I like the lights over the steps...like those "puddle lights" they put on $$cars. Nice touch.

That night-running light in the cabin makes me want to stand under it to keep warm.

c'mon Dom.. on ClassicParker you -know- there is never such a thing as "too many photos"!
