Mold spots on my cuddy cabin carpet

Because of the leaking deck joint under the rub rail, the cuddly cabin has mold spots on the carpet and smells musty. Has anyone experienced this and what is the best way to clean this? Thank you

Spray bottle with 50/50 bleach and water

Are you sure it's not the glue bleeding through? <---- This is very common unfortunately.

I used a automotive carpet cleaner and it worked fine. Usually the glue bleed thru is on the roof of cabin
