Patch line gelcoat repair

What do you guys think of this repair I did.
It’s not perfect but I spoke to a few pros and they say that matching gelcoat is very very hard.

I’m a bit puzzled bc the Cecil gelcoat cured lighterthan my 2004 hull. Figured it would have been the other way around.

Hard to tell anything from the pix.....Pix's hide stuff.

Those guys told you correctly...Matching is a SOB.....and why I don't do much of this.

The Gellcoat will also fade differently on different parts of the boat.....Obviously the more sun exposure the more it fades......
