Picture / graphic with signature

I've noticed some of you guys have a picture or graphic attached to your signature (not the Avatar) How do you do it?

It needs to be "hosted" ona server somewhere. Do this. Reply to this post and insert the picture (please keep is small) that you want added into your signature and then go to your signature and add it using HTML text. If you don't know how to do that, add everything but the picture and PM me, I'll add it into your sig for you and will PM you back, telling it's done, plus how I did it. Deal?
