Suspension seat came up from flange

My suspension seat came completely up from the flange on the floor . It looks like the bolts go completely through and are too small. It’s a new 2120 sport cabin. I think I saw something earlier with someone posting same thing.. NJ outboards did say they will fix it , so I’m not worried. So far loving my boat
 
I upgraded my seats with suspension pedestals. I bolted them down with 1" long 1/4" dia. stainless lag bolts. I over drilled the holes to 1/2" and filled them with peanut butter then predrilled. So far so good. I love the pedestals!!
 
That’s what I have .. the sea suspension with the pedastal. I love it .. just the bolts are too small , I believe.. any way it’s going to be fixed ..
