I did the seals no problem and in the water. I also didn't require any heat for the bracket. The kit comes with two seals -do both of them. And if you need to buy the tool, get it but the chances using it again should be slim. Cheers, wp.

and the hpdi 250 should make that thing run real good. My four stroke just doesn't push it like that HPDI would. Sounds like a decent deal. You could probably get him down a bit lower. In 2007 I paid about 37 for my 04 - Pretty much loaded and mint condition. Had 285 hours... Lets say two...
