    Second station location advice 2520

Thanks to everyone's replies. Decisions, decisions... With the great replies I'm leaning more to the deck mount vs. bulkhead. Still have time to decide as it will be done hopefully over the winter after Striper season. Plus I'll be able to sorta test the best location for my use. Thanks...

    Second station location advice 2520

Am planning on having installed a second station on my 1996 2520MVSC. Know that Parker mounts them on the back of the cabin bulkhead, but didn't know if that is the best location. Am trying to decide the good and bad on this spot. Would it be better to have the station midway on the deck...

    Fuel fill/vent hose recommendations?

Thanks warthog5 for the information. So Sheilds 355 fuel fill hose will be the replacement. Don't have a specialty hose shop in our small town. Thanks again-Jim

    Fuel fill/vent hose recommendations?

Am in the process of the DREADED fuel fill/vent hose replacement. 1996 2520MVSC. Think they are the original hoses and look a bit dried from the outside. I know I need 1 1/2" fuel fill and 5/8" vent. Only see the fill hose available as A2 rating in the 1 1/2" size, but can get the vent hose...

    Sagging headliner repair fix found!

My headliner carpet was so bad that I was going to do the same, but thought I'd have better control with the needle pierce in places. The edges in the cockpit were not loose and had hardware attached, so this method worked well as to not have to remove any. Nice to not have headliner hitting...

    Sagging headliner repair fix found!

Was so impressed with my results I wanted to share with others. Purchased this summer my 1996 2520 with a horrible sagging headliner in the cabin and cockpit. The cabin headliner was so low it was close to touching the cushions. So after some internet searches came across the Youtube video...

    Helm seat bushing

Finally solved my replacement helm seat bushing issue. Tried Springfield as that is what the step has molded into it, no luck! Tried Garmin as that is what it resembled on the website pics, no luck. Bit the bullet and bought a Wise slider/spider assembly and now like new! Had to drill a hole...

    Helm seat bushing

Thanks for the info. My only issue it the current post is rather worn out around the post from previous owner may have to cut that worn part off first. Amazing how this owner took care or maybe careless of his boat. But I got a good deal and am still happy with the boat. Just needs things...

    Helm seat bushing

Did use the search tool but nothing showed my style of spider. And I already screwed up on the wrong bushing from Springfield, so that's why I asked to see if others had any luck. Thanks-Jim

    Helm seat bushing

Found that the bushing I bought for my 1996 2520 helm seat did not fit. Bought the Springfield bushing because that's what is on the foot rest for 2 7/8". So I think it maybe it's for a Todd mfg. slider. But want to be sure as their site shows a different style. Guess maybe upgraded? Any idea...
