1801 Horn Replacement

The horn on my 1801 did not work when I received the boat... I have some troubleshooting to do before I replace it, but does anybody have a source for a replacement horn should it come to that? I assume this is not an expensive part to replace?

I get nothing when I hit the button, fuse was not popped, and I will get a voltmeter on the wires prior to replacing.

Check the ground for your horn. Same type of thing happened to me.

Pull the horn out......Put power directly to the horn....with a GND of corse......Now you will know the condition of the horn and can properly troubleshoot from there.
