2000 2520 VIBRATION I/O

Just rebuilt lower end from gimbil housing out all new parts paint trim tabs,new gimbal bearing,universals felt and looked good but not new seems to be from 1/3 to 3/4 throttle lookin for some input as the outer prop has some pitting and salt deposits inner one has no pitting but the nylon ring in between hub and prop was loose didn't know if that may be it ???Also its a 5.0 gi with a dp/sx-m lower.

I do not think you should have vibration. Check props again. Pitting is OK as long as blades are shaped right.

Does it shift OK, go into reverse OK? Any difference when turning?
