2003 21se wash down pump?

New to this boat. can someone tell me if the 2003 model has a connection for a wash down hose and if yes, where it might be? Also, can anyone comment if this hull pounds as badly as other forums suggest? I’m coming off a 1990 mako 211 and the Parker is on the hard until I get the engine (new Honda BF 200) and electronics switched over from the old boat. Thank you. Jim.
