It's not very often that you see a boat with engines older than the hull... Did you buy the hull without power?

Do the twin 300s exceed the NMMA max hp rating?

Yes miky2884 is correct you can veiw my previous posts the boat was repossesed in 09 and the original owner stripped the boat prior to bank taking it, it was originally bought on long island at White Water Marine, i puchased the boat last fall and spent the winter re rigging the boat, it was only used one season prior to this one, when i got the boat the bilge still smelled like it just got out of the mold and as new, i did want to go new on the motors but things add up quickly, i enjoy working on boats and the end result has been very rewarding, parker lists the 2820 XLD with 600 hp rating, i would sell the boat at 52,000 with out the motors and controls if some one would like as i do realize these motors can test any one that does not have alot of machanical ability, i also have the factory cabinet with seat coushion in my garage, the boat has been used once or twice a week this season and is the best built boat I've ever owned ( owned 25-30 prior to this). Thanks for your replies Larry
