21SE Transom Problem

I just found this on my 1999 21SE. I have to say I am bummed big time. It looks like stress cracks to me. I need input on how to fix this.

Looking over the problem, I appears that the engine was improperly installed. The mounting holes are drilled too high and it looks like they were over tightened, I think I am seeing some delamination. I intend on talking to the dealer where I bought the boat and motor in 1999, and also I think I will see if Parker has any suggestions.

I don't think it is a huge issue. Yes it appears it was squeezed pretty tight and the cracks are probably just the glass/gelcoat on the top. It is doubtful there is transom damage. I would sand the area, fill it and re gelcoat the area.
