2520 Hull thickness @ fuel vent?

I want to replace my fuel vent while I'm replaceing fuel fill and vent lines. Some of the stainless vents I'm looking at say for hulls up to 1/2" thick. I'm thinking my hull is thicker? Thanks, Ken

Going purely by actual FRP cores pulled from my '92 vintage SC, I'd say you're looking at 5/16" to 3/8" topsides thickness.

Keep in mind, if your's is thinner, 'thinner' does not mean less strong. With vacuum bagging (not that it's used on the hull mind you) and better materials & techniques available of today, versus the early 90s, a layup that appears 'thinner' from newer models could actually be stronger!
