I have a 1995 21 DVCC that I'm looking to sell. 500hrs on a 150hp Mercury. Raymarine DSX400 fishfinder, vhf, cd stero. It comes with a dual axle trailer. I put on two new tires, new actuator, brake lines and fiberglass guide posts. Boat is located in Annapolis, MD. $10,500 OBO. 410-300-2739.

any input? Do I have this priced right? I scoured the internet looking for 21 Parker CC's from 93-96 and priced below anything I could find. Comments are appreciated. Thanks!

I think that you are priced in the right ballpark. I have thought of buying it myself even though I don't need a 21ft cc. I also think that you will eventually sell it at $10.5k if you can wait a bit .... like until April. It's hard to sell a small(er) cc in the Mid-Atlantic at the start of a looming winter. Buyer think forward just 1 month; not 6 months.

If you need to sell it "right now" or want to get rid of the boat before Christmas, then post your "lowest acceptable selling price" and list it as a "FIRM" number. You might evoke a sale if your lowest number is attractive to a previously "somewhat" interested buyer.

That's a darn CLEAN looking hull for a '95.
Good luck with the sale.

Thanks Tim. I'm the second owner of this boat. The previous owner was just as meticulous as I am about keeping it clean and keeping up on routine maintenance.

Goodchance-

You're right that this isn't the best time for a sale but I'm not in a huge rush. I hate having to sell it period, but with an 8 month old, I just need something with a few more creature comforts. I guarante whoever buys this boat, they won't be dissapointed with the ride.

She shows well for a 95 and I predict you won't have any problem selling her.

FWIW - I bought my present 2520 in November of 2002, so there are a few of us who don't necessarily wait until spring. :)
But as GoodChance said, selling a CC this time of year takes a buyer who is thinking ahead.

Good luck!
