Anyone else have this problem ?

I have a 2520xl and the windows seem to be delaminating or something. You can wash and clean the windows all you want but it looks like two layers of glass with plastic or something smashed in between, well it looks like that plastic is bubbling or something. Makes the window a pain to see out of when driving into the sun. Anyone else experience this and would this be a warranty issue? Bought brand new in June 2011
