I recently have been reading about the problems with the balancers on the F150 Yamahas. It seems it's been a problem for several years and can make a total tear down of the motor to fix/cleanout necessary. There's a non-metal gear that mates with a metal one that get all chewed up and the pieces end up clogging the screen for the oil pump. I haven't seen anything about problems with the F200 XB I4 although they have balancers also. The 200 xb has only been around for about 5 yrs. Are the balancers on the 200xb different than those of the F150?
