I have a 06 2510. I'm replacing the two batteries, and would like to go with the biggest batteries possible. Any recommendations. Thanks. Nic.

I replaced the OEM group 27 batteries with group 31 and have been very happy. They are still lead-acid, but much cheaper than what some of these much richer Parker brothers are installing.
Other important item is to move all of the many small wires connecting to the batteries to posts on mounted on the transom and connect the posts on the transom to the battery posts with 4 ga jumpers. All of my corrosion problems went away when I did that.
I have two threads in the Projects forum (with pictures) of moving to group 31 battery trays and moving the wires to the transom-mounted posts.
