In a follow-up to the post of Gunked up Passage; I would like to know if you all think it would be safe to put bleach in the forward bilge(I have a 2520XL) and let it pass to the rear bilge in order to kill mold under the deck?

Shouldn't be a problem I do it once a month I just don't let it sit in there for days usually pour it in the day before i know im going to use the boat add a little water into the bilge. take the boat out let it slosh around in there a little bit then pump her out.

FYI a 10-part water to 1-part bleach is the regimen for cleanup of blood and bodily fluids, so I don't think you'd need a 100% concentration ...
