camand link guages (yamaha)

Trying to clear the scrolling "maintinance" signal on the tach guage. I have the yamaha operational manual for Command Link gauges but the clearing proptocal is not working. They are 06 guages. The engine has been to a dealer and put on their computer. It has 1125hrs on it so I think the tech did not clear the guage. It scrolls "maintinace" and has 106hrs flashing in the lower right hand corner. Help! It is all new to me. Any ideas folks.
