Console grab rail for Parker 23 DVCC

I have a factory console grab rail for a 2013 Parker 23 DVCC. I also have the mounting bolts. The rail was never mounted and I installed a t-top.

I would be happy to trade the rail to someone who will use it in exchange for some useful boating gear (e.g. fire extinguisher, throw cushion, fender, etc.). It is large item, so I cannot easily ship it.

I live in the Washington DC metro area and I am also in the Virginia Beach area frequently. I am sometimes in the Providence, RI area on fishing trips.
