Ok so not a pleasant question for you guys, but one I must ask. I was deployed for a few months overseas with the Coast Guard earlier this year. Unfortunately my wife decided I was gone too long and found love in the arms of another man. I have cried my tears and now emotionally moved on. So the good part is that I get to keep the 2320!!

Bad part is:

#1 It was named after her
#2 A lot of memories in that boat

So for awhile I thought that I was going to sell the boat because of the memories. The more I thought about it, I realized that I could keep the boat if I made some changes. So;

#1 Change boat name!!!
#2 Remove port pilothouse bench seat

Ok I know the pilot house bench seat part sounds funny, but it goes, or the boat goes with it. I love the boat, so bye bye bench seat.

Question for you guys, what do you all think I should name her and what should go in the place of the bench? Anyone want a used bench seat!!!

Name the boat "I'm Free"

Leave the seat and make some new memories on it.

Out a here!
Great Escape!
Free Bird!

Sea Ya!

I can't name her for you but take out the bench seat and put a sink and microwave and coffee pot. Or take bench cut in half get redone and put table in middle. I saw a post where someone did that???

Put "Not" at end.

Or put "Was" at beginning.

Or "Anybody but Name".

Or "I got the dog".

Or "Divorce Decree".

Or "No In-Laws".

Or "New Hole".

Or "Dragging Name".

Or "Name chum".

Or "Which Name" or "Witch Name".

Or "Kept the boat".

Or "Sailing without her".

Your question could cause a lot of replies.

I got into boating awhile ago after a divorce and having free time.

She found a Coast Guard sucker, though they are still together so love is grand and there is someone for everyone! Mine is named after my daughter.

I am approaching the end of about 20 years of child support later this summer. After that, my daughter gets money straight from me, not through the ex-darling.

Good luck.

Before I go, think positive as they said.

Disclaimer on any listed anyone doesn't like.

Look for a new person to name it for or put an interim name in cheap vinyl that comes off.

Or ask a female to name it?!

Just pick a good one, good woman, and then a good name.

Consider that you got your practice round in, and now it is the big show.

"Not Damaged Goods".

"Found a Good One".

"Always Forward"

DON'T name it after another woman. You've been there done that! Unless maybe good ole mom.

Here's a good one?

"She Cut Bait"

How about for you, "Open For Pleasure"

"Forever Came Early"

Get another boat name, move on, enjoy things, find a new friend that will want to use the boat.
