Relocated boat to its temporary home in Virginia Beach last Thursday. After dealing with a tire blowout on the trailer, managed to hit the ramp at10 pm and fished till 4 am - redfish and bluefish. Slept for 3 hours and back at it again from 7 am until 8 pm. Slept another 2 hours and back out from 10 until 4 am again. Managed another 3 hours sleep and drove home bleary eyed but happy. Me and my fishing buddy managed 35+ reds up to 23" (perfect eating size - kept 6 to eat), more bluefish than I care to count (some hit the smoker yesterday), the biggest grey trout I have ever seen, a dozen short black sea bass and a solid beer buzz :mrgreen: Crazy thing - not a single rocfish?
