Flag holder for bowrail

I cannot seem to find a flag holder with large enough diameter to be mounted on my bowrail. I have a pulpit and want a small flag for the tip of the bow. My rail is I believe 1 1/2 dia. I have a 2012 sport cabin.


Any ideas?
