flange/boot around engine cables

I am looking a unique kind of flange/boot and was hoping someone here could help me find it.

The boot around my cables which go to my outboard is in need of replacing. What I don't want to do is have to remove the fuel line, electrical harness, and throttle cables etc to put on a new " boot ". Does anyone know of a two piece boot( preferably maybe chrome over brass ) that you can wrap aound the cables and then attach to the boat ?

You'll have to buy T-H Marine rigging boots and cut them yourself so the split can go around existing hoses and wiring.
