Fresh water not working on new 2820 xld

I have a brand new 2820 xld. Trying to figure out now to use the fresh water. I filled the tank, I hear the pump working when I turn on the fresh water button, but no water comes out of the wash down hose, or the sink (galley package) Anybody have any ideas?

Find the pump..... Start looking for blockage in the hose.....Remove hose from pump....Does it pump water out?

Check for a valve turned off somewhere in the line as well.

I had that exact problem on my new 2820, the fitting from the water tank was a little loose and it was sucking air. You can reach in and move it with your hand to tighten it. I recall it didn't seem to be the best setup, but mine has worked perfectly since. Good luck...

Look at your filter mounted above the water tank. Mine was mounted upside down from factory and did the same thing till my mechanic turned it over.
