Furuno Navnet Vx Ethernet Hub??

What are you Furuno guys using in this department?
I am finalizing the remaining shopping list for my boat. And the hub is yet to be purchased along with the shoot through ducer.
Has anybody ever used an adams hub?

My setup uses the Netgear hub. The previous owner had it installed so I cant give any opinions vs other hubs except to say that it works fine.

I do have another device installed, which Im embarrassed to say, I dont know much about. I believe its a MOSFET. Which is a type of electronic circuit breaker that can monitor voltage and amperage. I believe, the hub gets its power from the MOSFET. I'll take a look this weekend and see if I can trace it out.

Are you sure you need the hub?

A Furuno basic setup (radar, fishfinder and autopilot) does not require a hub. Are you using multiple screens?

You may not need the hub unless you are setting up quite an elaborate system.
