How big is the tank on my 2000 2520?

Depends on year and model... there should be a plate on the tank under one of the round deck plate.

I have a 2520 mvsc with 14 degree deadrise 126 gal tank.

When you open the aft pie plate, this is what the tank sticker looks like.
My boat had 3 tanks. The main was 127 gallons and the 2 wing tanks were 47 gallons each.
