Ideas for modifying gunnels on 2120sc

I purchased an 06 2120sc repo. She had the gunnel rod storage mounts removed. Does anybody have any cool ideas for tackle/misc. storage shelfs?

Just finishing up a winter project
So your post is timely
I have a 2120 and Scuba dive off it mostly
So I mounted Dive tank racks over my cockpit rod holders
As you can see in pic
So I made a Rode holder for 6 rods out of Composite wood
You use for out side trim got it from Home depot (1) 5x3/4x8 $13.00
Some 5200 sealant and stainless screws
Fits right under throttle controls
Im going to just put two beads of 5200 on both sides to glue it in
Seeing it is “fitted” in the spot I don’t want to drill holes in my baby

Also I got these drawers at office max about 6years ago

The one in the pic has a little different draw set up

But they have many to choose from
I took the wheels of and popped her in
Works great !!!!
Matches the black trim of the boat
