Installing new Thru-Hull 2120

I am looking to install a new thru-hull to exhaust on my livewell. Do we have any idea what the thickness of the hull is on my 08 2120? Putting it on the port side next to (or on top of) the thru-hull for the bilge? I can't imagine it is very thick but will will a thru-hull with a max hull thickness of 1/2" be enough?

If you don't get a response here, then call the factory and give them your hull number...they should be able to tell you the thickness at the spot where you want to install the thru-hull.

BTW, Kevin (Megabyte) has replaced all his thru-hulls and seems to be the resident expert on them.
