Latch Needed

Can someone point me in the right direction for a latch like the 2 black ones in the attached pic?

These latches hold down the front hatches...

I need to purchase 2 of these.

It's called a soft-draw latch. You can get them at West Marine for $36, (number below) don't know about any discounters. they are also made by Teak Island Marine available from Jamestown Distributors, for $25, but I think they only sell to wholesale accounts.
