Well the summer has sadly come to a close and the FishPimp is being winterized,for it's winter hibernation. One of the issues I wanted to deal with was the all around light mast on my T-Top. After ripping three of them off while trailering my boat I went to Nausett Marine and spoke to their metal fabricators about a solution. This is what we came up with.
It's a SS collar with long T bar that allows me to bring the mast down while trailering and raise it before heading out.

Looks like a clean setup. Not to throw a wet blanket in but it appears the GPS is in the radar beam. Might cause a problem.

the gps is above the radar. no interference. I was just lazy when taking the photos.
