Looking for seat hardware

The spider on my 2004 2120SC helm seat needs a piece. It's the OEM setup(pedestal,slider and spider) and the piece I'm looking for sits against the pedestal and allows for rotational adjustment. It's a black plastic piece and the oval adjuster knob screws into it. Turning the knob pushes it against the pedestal and stops the helm seat from spinning. I've looked all over the net but never found the part? Or even the name of the part. Any help would be appreciated.
