Does anyone on here have this machine. I have the lcx113hd with lra24 radar. The radar was working and I updated the software. Now the machine says radar not recognized. Does lowrance have any field reps? I am at a loss. Please help if you know anybody that can get this thing working. It is only 1 year old.

check the baud rate
maybe during the software update it was reset and needs to changed from the menu
