modifying my 2520 to add bench seat

i am going to install a mod on my 2001 2520 SC to convert the table area into a bench seat...i also own an Olympic Pilothouse, which has a long cabin configuration, and it is nice to get the guys out of the weather here in San Francisco...and i really get the stink eye from my fishing buddies when only one of them can sit down in the cabin...i have a pretty good idea how i want to do it, but if anyone has also has done this, I am all ears!

I had one done in my 2520 this spring. I had the bench seat, and basically built it up so now the bench seat is 10 inches higher so people could see out, and underneath is sinker/tackle storage which doubles as a foot rest.
