Repowered my 2008 2320 this past winter with a new 4.2L F250.

Old motor was the 3.3, I ran a 4 blade OSI Turbo 15P prop plus a SE Sport foil.

I run a very heavy boat with crew and gear, dealer put a Yamaha SWS 13P 3 blade on the new motor. I found it to have terrible slip on the hole shot between 3-4K rpm and bow rise was pretty high. Max rpm 6100 and 41-42mph.

At the suggestion of Ken from PG's, I was able to source a Mercury Enertia 14P 3 blade and made the swap last week.

Much better on the hole shot with limited slip, noticed my mpg at cruise improved a little, still seeing 6100 rpm and the same 41-42 mph.

With the Enteria I don't think I will need to add a permatrim or foil.
