Just purchased a 2520XL sport cabin and I'm new to this forum.
I've been around small boats all my life but this will be my biggest after selling my tired, old Skipjack 20. I bought my buddy's 2520 after being on it as a guest for a couple of Channel Islands dive trips. The only other 25 ft boat I've been on is another buddy's Davis RockHarbor which I absolutely love but cannot afford. Both boats seem to handle very well.
I'll be keeping the boat on the trailer and will continue to take it down south for diving the islands. At other times, it will be for salmon and crab up here north of the Golden Gate.
