Kev, Northeast magazine is put out by the same publisher of Chesapeake Bay Magazine. Many of the articles are the same so I bet it is in that magazine as well :)
 
I have the April issue of Chesapeake Bay Magazine in front of me right now, so I went looking...
The 3420 piece isn't there, but there is an article on a 42 Deltaville Deadrise in that issue that was written by JPW. :)

If you look closely at the photo on page 20, you can see the logo of the Chesapeake Bay Foundation on the pilothouse - JPW's employer. :wink:
The Susquehanna is one of the CBF's environmental education fleet of vessels. Cool boat. 8)

But... what really caught my eye was the Parker Sport Cabin on the table of contents page.
The Parker also shows up on page 36 in an article about Chesapeake Beach.
Judging from the pilothouse windows, I'm thinking that it is a 2520XL.
