Parker 2520 XL with a 300hp Yamaha?

We have a 1995---2530 with the lighter version 300 yami and get around 2.2 to 2.5 with a 1-2 foot chop and average in the 1.8 with bigger seas...average 5 folks on board with gear around 4200 to 4500 rpm...will turn full throttle around 43 mph with flat seas and around 5200 rpm...
