What is the van's towing capacity ?

The boat/trailer are 12,000 lbs...that includes 1,400 tongue wt.
The van/boat/trailer is 18,640.
The tow rating of my E350 V10 van I believe is 9,000 and change.

Fully electric brakes on both trailer axles.
Never over 55mph and usually less.
Sometimes 20 mph or less going up Interstate mountain passes.
Seven+ mpg while towing.
