Plastic Fabricator in Baltimore Area

Hey Guys,

I am looking at getting the sliding clear panels on my electronics box replaced. Last year, one of them cracked and now I need to get them replaced.

They are about 10" high x 16" wide, and about 3/16" thick. They are clear and have a finger hole on either end, so you can slide them from side to side, so as to gain access to inside of the cabinet.

Can anyone recommend a shop in the Baltimore area that can fabricate these?
