Good afternoon. Recently picked up a 2510 dvwa which has obsolete electronics.
My plan is to cut out the existing dash (only because the unit and gauges are not well
Placed ) adding star board and trying to fit a Garmin 7608 shifting over the existing gauges keeping the trim tab switch where it is and adding a fusion remote.
On the hard top I’m going to add a Garmin 18xhd on a bracket with the Shakespeare Sirius radio antenna. Any recommendations would be helpfull on the install. Also any recommendations on how to run the radar cable down to the console
Also plan on placing the transom
Mount gt51 down side and traditional chirp. I ran this transducer on my angler and it was good at wot
Anyone place this puppy on the back ?
I will have a second unit mounted up top Garmin 1042xsv which will be my master. I don’t really see to much too mount speakers anywhere on this boat so I plan on putting them facing out port starboard in the sides of the electronics box.
