Raymarine P79 Transducer

Good Morning,

Looking for you alls thoughts on a shoot through the hull transducer on the Parker. Anyone with experience in this regard is welcome to chip in. I am mostly wondering if the hull configuration is supportive of this type of device. Thanks CR

P79 works great on my 23' hull. I get bottom up to 1000' at 25 mph. Down side in no temp sensor built in. Good sensitivity to 300', beyond that a 1000w unit would perform better.
