I am running a 2013 Suzuki DF250 (non AP model) 25" shaft on a 1989 Parker 23DVCC with bracket, stainless steel T-Top, and painted bottom. WOT @6100 RPM's getting 41MPH. Cruise at around 4500 RPM's @ 34 MPH. I have run Powertech LFS3x23x16 with terrible results(dealer set this up), Powertech LFS3x16x19P runs 40MPH @ 6100RPM's. Mercury Revolution 4 14 5/8 x 21P runs 41MPH @ 6100RPMS. Mercury Tempest Plus 14 5/8x21 runs 6100 @ 43MPH. Powertech Rkr4 14 1/2x18P runs 41 @ 6100RPM's. My boat being the older model runs bow heavy and I have found that running the Powertech Rkr4 with the high rake angle gives me the best bow lift and the four blades helps stabilize a little better when running heavy. The Mercury Rev 4 also runs great on this setup but didn't give quite the bow lift the Rkr4 does. Both four blade props lift and hold the whole boat better than the three blade props do. Motor is mounted second hole from the top. Tried different mounting heights with both three and four blade props and settled in on this height using the Rkr 4.
