Anyone have any experience with the saltwater wash down connections on a model 2510?
The hose has come off the fitting on the inside of the wall where the garden hose attaches in the cockpit. Can't reach through the hatch to reconnect.
Pull the entire planet that the connection is mounted on?? Or try and pull the hose connect fitting on the outside of the panel and pull hose thru, reconnect and remount??
Any suggestions appreciated.

We had this happen to us on a 2005 2520XL with a full transom and fishbox. I am not sure if your boat is configured similarly or not.

We have a splash guard that is under the transom fishwell. It is attached with 6 or 8 screws to a lip on the deck. the washdown hose is actually connected through this piece. We removed the splash guard, reattached the hose and put everything back. Was not a hard job.

You can't disconnect hose fitting then pull hose through because the outside diameter of the wash down hose is most likely bigger than the hole drilled through the fiberglass for the fitting.

Thanks for the input....... I actually wound up getting a slim friend to go head first into the bilge and he was able to re-connect on the backside of the fitting. Removing the plate would have been the next step.
Thanks again for the info.
